We begin all service calls with a diagnostic fee of $100. If the customer chooses to proceed with the recommended repairs, the diagnostic fee will be applied toward the total cost of repairs. After the trouble is diagnosed, the customer will be given a flat rate price for the repair. If the repair takes 1 hour or 3 hours, the price will remain the same. No hidden fees. No hourly rates.
